What you'll get: 1oz. bag of South of the Border Rub with a beginner-friendly recipe attached.

South of the Border Rub: Sea Salt, Onion, Cumin, Chili Powder, Cayenne 40, Black Pepper.


  • 2 TBSP South of the Border Blend
  • 3½ LB Chuck Roast
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, Diced
  • 1 Red Onion, Diced
  • 1 Can Black Beans
  • 1 Can Corn
  • 1 Jar Salsa
  • 1 Can Tomato Soup

In the bottom of a 5 quart crock pot, layer peppers & onions.  Season all sides of chuck roast with South of the Border Blend.  Place in the crock pot on top of veggies.  In a small bowl, stir together beans, corn, salsa & tomato soup.  Pour over chuck roast.  Cover and cook on LOW 8-10 hours or HIGH 4-6 hours.
