Apple Smoked Salt
A sweet touch of smoke! Apple smoked salt brings a mild, slightly sweet smoky flavor to everyday cooking and finished dishes.
Uses
Season pork, chicken, beans, and roasted vegetables. Sprinkle over salads, potatoes, eggs, or grilled corn just before serving. It’s especially lovely with pork and dishes featuring apples or other fruit.
From the Colonel
This salt is smoked over natural apple wood until its fragrance permeates each crystal. Its mild, sweet smoky flavor comes from the wood, without artificial colors or flavors.
