This rub was the result of our first collaboration with the Samuel Adams. They had just released their refreshing seasonal, Summer Ale. Using the same spices, we created a very flavorful dry rub that is perfect for wings, burgers, steak, chicken and fish, and pairs perfectly with the beer. It contains; paprika, bourbon smoked sugar, garlic, sea salt, and Grains of Paradise. Cheers!
