Recipe: 10 oz Rice Noodles (prepared according to directions), 1 Pho Sho Spice Packet, 6-8 cups Water, 8 oz Chicken Broth, 1 lb Chicken Breast-halved, Green Onions, 1 TBSP Fish Sauce.
In a skillet add water, broth & pho packet. Simmer. Bring to a boil. Add chicken & cover. Reduce to a simmer. Simmer for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Drain noodles. Pour into bowl, top with chicken, onions & fish sauce.
