Orange Zest
A little citrus goes a long way! Dried orange zest brings bright orange flavor and a fragrant aroma to sweet and savory dishes.
Uses
Add to cookies, cakes, muffins, and quick breads. Stir into marinades, sauces, dressings, or seasoning blends for chicken and roasted vegetables. Mix into recipes with a little moisture to help the zest soften and release its flavor.
From the Colonel
This is the finest orange zest we can find. Use it directly in your recipes calling for orange zest or combine it with other spices—it’s wonderful for baking, too.
