It's Dilly Silly Blend: Dill Seed, Onion, Garlic, Dill Weed, Lemon Zest, Chili Flakes.
- 2 TBSP It's Dilly Silly Blend
- 6 Medium Yukon Gold Potatoes, Quartered
- 3 TBSP White Vinegar
- 2 Celery Stalks, Diced
- 6 Green Onions, Diced
- 5 Hard Boiled Eggs, Peeled
- 1 1/2 Cups Mayonnaise
- 1 TBSP Yellow Mustard
- 1 Tsp Kosher Salt
Add potatoes to a large pot of cold water & bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a low boil. Add kosher salt. Cook for 20-25 minutes or til potatoes are done. Drain & cool. Cut into square pieces. In a large bowl, add potatoes & vinegar. Toss & let set for 15 minutes. Chop eggs. Add celery, onions & eggs. Mix well. In a separate bowl, mix mayo, mustard & Dilly Silly Blend. Fold into potatoes. Chill for 1 hour or overnight. Option-top with paprika before serving.
