Dukka
Big flavor, serious crunch, and plenty of personality. Dukka is a bold Egyptian-inspired blend of sesame, cumin, black pepper, smoked paprika, and kosher salt that adds a savory, nutty, smoky punch without making things complicated.
It’s especially good on chicken, but don’t stop there. Try it on swordfish, grouper, snapper, roasted vegetables, potatoes, or even sprinkled over hummus with a drizzle of olive oil. This is one of those blends that rewards a little experimenting.
Ingredients: Sesame, Kosher Salt, Cumin, Black Pepper, Smoked Paprika.
Dukka Grilled Chicken
Brush 1 lb chicken breasts or thighs with olive oil and season generously with 1–2 Tbsp Dukka. Grill until browned and cooked through, then finish with a squeeze of lemon.
Dukka Fish
Brush 2 fish fillets with olive oil and coat with 1 Tbsp Dukka. Grill or pan-sear until flaky, then serve with lemon and rice or roasted vegetables.
Smoky, nutty, savory, and just different enough to keep dinner interesting.
