Cincy-Fried Seasoning: Sea Salt, Garlic, Sugar, Paprika, Onion, Black Pepper, De Arbol Chili, Celery Seed
- 2 TBSP Cincy-Fried Seasoning
- 10 Large Russet Potatoes, Peeled & Rinsed
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
Pre heat oven to 400°. Slice the potatoes into 1/2 inch thick sticks. Soak the fries in cold water for at least 1 hour or overnight. Pat completely dry. Toss with vegetable oil & sprinkle with Cincy-Fried Seasoning. Place fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove, toss & place back on sheet. Bake 10 more minutes, or until brown & crisp.
**These can be deep fried or air fried as well!
