Cincy-Fried Seasoning: Sea Salt, Garlic, Sugar, Paprika, Onion, Black Pepper, De Arbol Chili, Celery Seed
Recipe:
- 2 TBSP Cincy Fried Blend
- 2 LBS Red or Yellow Potatoes, Cut Into Quarters
- 2 TBSP Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 450°. In a zip-lock baggie or large bowl, add potatoes, oil & Cincy Fried Blend. Mix well, making sure the potatoes are well covered. Place potatoes in a large roasting pan, single layer. Bake 20 minutes, flip and bake another 10 minutes.
**These can be deep fried or air fried as well!
