Buffalo Ranch Dust: Buttermilk Powder, Onion, Sea Salt, Cayenne 40, Garlic, Paprika, Sugar, Celery Seed, Chives, Dill Weed, Black Pepper.
- 2 TBSP Buffalo Ranch Dust
- 3 Cups Cauliflower Florets
- 1 Stick Butter, Melted
- 1/2 Cup Panko/Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 Cup Flour
Mix melted butter & Buffalo Ranch Dust in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine flour & panko. Rinse & pat dry florets. Pour them into the butter bowl. Make sure they are coated well. Transfer florets to the panko bowl. Toss until well coated. Place in the basket in a single layer, do not overcrowd. Set the fryer to 350° and cook for 6-7 minutes. Shake basket and cook additional 6-7 minutes or until they are a golden brown color.
