Parmageddon Carbonara

Carbonara is a humble dish, that can be constructed with ingredients from the most limitied of pantries. This recipe amplifies the simplicity and the flavor of the dish with the inclusion of our Parmageddon seasoning!

  • 8 oz. Spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp. Parmageddon
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 Slices Bacon diced
  • 2 Tomatoes diced (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a pot of boiling water, cook spaghetti 10-11 minutes or desired tenderness is reached. Reserve 1/2 cup water, drain pasta well and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs and Parmageddon and set aside.
  3. Heat a large skillet to medium high heat. Dice bacon, add to skillet and cook until brown and crispy. Reduce heat to low.
  4. Stir in pasta and Parmageddon egg mixture, (optional diced tomatoes) into skillet with bacon grease and toss. Add reserved pasta water, one tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
