Ras el Hanout Blend: Mace, Coriander, Grains of Paradise, Paprika, Turmeric, Aleppo Chili, Cumin, Fenugreek, Ginger, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves, Hibiscus, Dijon Mustard, Sumac, Roses, Saffron, Lavender, Fennel Seed.
Recipe:
- 1 TBSP Ras el Hanout Blend
- 6 Sweet Potatoes, Cut In Half Lengthwise
- 6 TBSP Butter
- 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
- Feta Cheese Dip: 14 oz Feta Cheese, 1/4 Cup Olive Oil, 1/4 Cup Water, 1 Tsp Lemon Zest
- Garnish: Parsley, Green Onions, Pomegranate Seeds
Preheat oven to 400°. In a small pot over medium heat, add butter, Ras el Hanout, syrup, & pinch of salt. Simmer 2-3 minutes. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Place potatoes, cut side up. Brush generously with syrup mix. Roast for 40-45 minutes, until tender & golden brown. Remove from oven. Turn oven to broiler. Brush with remaining syrup. Return to broiler for 2-3 minutes or until glaze has caramelized. Make feta dip. Serve with potatoes.
