Greek Seasoning: Sea Salt, Garlic, Onion, Lemon Zest, Thyme, Oregano, Black Pepper, Basil and Marjoram.
Recipe:
- 2 TBSP Greek Seasoning
- 12 oz. Pasta
- 1 Cup Olives, Pitted
- 2 Cups Arugula
- 1/4 Cup Red Onion, Diced
- 4 oz. Feta, Crumbled
- 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
- 1 Cup Cucumbers, Diced
- 1 Cup Salami, Diced
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 2 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar
In a large pot, cook pasta until desired consistency. Drain. Pour pasta into a large bowl. Add Greek Seasoning, olives, arugula, onion, feta, tomatoes, cucumbers, salami olive oil & vinegar. Toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.
