Choose your favorite Vegetables for this Recipe! 

Recipe:

  • 2 Small Butternut Squash peeled, seeded, and cut into 1/2 inch-thick slice
  • Or Substitute 2 Bunches of Fresh Broccoli (Chopped)
  • Or Substitute 6 Medium Sized Potatoes (Chopped)
  • 1 Medium Red Onion, Cut Into Wedges
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Holy Smoke

Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss squash and onion with 3 tablespoons oil on two rimmed baking sheets. Season with Holy Smoke. Roast, rotating pans once, until golden brown and tender, 20 to 25 minutes. (Potatoes could take a little longer)
