Grilled Fruit Salad Mix: Turbinado Sugar, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, New Mexico Chili, Spearmint.
Recipe:
- 2 TBSP Grilled Fruit Salad Mix
- 2 LBS Boneless Pork Chops
- 1 Can Pineapple, Sliced (save juice)
Preheat gill to medium-high. Pat pork dry, sprinkle lightly with salt & pepper. Pat dry 8 pineapple rings. As grill heats, make glaze. In a small bowl combine ½ cup pineapple juice & Grilled Fruit Mix. Mix well. Set pork chops & pineapple rings on grill. Grill covered about 5 minutes, turn & baste with glaze. Grill for another 5 minutes or until your desired doneness. Remove from grill and baste other side with glaze. Serve on a bed of rice pilaf.
