Montreal Steak Rub Ingredients: Sea Salt, Garlic, Black Peppercorns, Coriander, Yellow Mustard Seed, Dill Seed, Chili Flakes
Recipe:
- 2 TBSP Montreal Steak Rub
- 4 Ribeye Steaks Or Your Choice Of Steaks
- 4 Tsp Vegetable Oil
Rinse steaks & pat dry. Rub Montreal Steak Rub thoroughly. Let set at least 20 minutes. Heat up grill to a medium-high heat. Add steaks. They should sizzle loudly. Sear for 5-10 minutes on each side, depending on how you like your steaks. Let steaks rest on a plate for about 5 minutes before serving.
*For best flavor, rub steaks the night before, so the flavors will penetrate into the steak, and keep in the refrigerator until 1 hour prior to cooking to allow to return to room temperature.
