Bourbon Steak Dust: Bourbon Smoked Paprika, Sea Salt, Garlic, Onion, Bourbon Smoked Pepper, New Mexico Chili, Coriander.
Recipe:
- 2 TBSP Bourbon Steak Dust
- 4 Ribeye Steaks Or Your Choice Of Steaks
- 4 Tsp Vegetable Oil
Rinse steaks & pat dry. Rub Rubie Red Steak Rub into steak, both sides. Let set at least 20 minutes. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat for several minutes, until the pan almost begins to smoke. Using a brush, spread oil all over the skillet. Add steaks. They should sizzle loudly. Sear for 3-4 minutes on each side, until browned on the outside & medium rare on the inside. Let steaks rest on a plate for about 5 minutes before serving. *For best flavor, rub steaks the night before, so the flavors will penetrate into the steak, and keep in the refrigerator until 1 hour prior to cooking to allow to return to room temperature.
