Italian Seasoning: Basil, Rosemary, Sage, Thyme, Oregano, Garlic, Marjoram.
- 1 TBSP Italian Seasoning
- 2 Cups Dill Pickles, Sliced
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 TBSP Water
- 1/2 Cup Panko/Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
Lay the pickle slices on a paper towel & pat dry. In a bowl, add flour. In a separate bowl, add egg & whisk in water. In a separate bowl, add panko, cheese & Italian Seasoning. Dip each pickle in flour, then egg, then panko. Lay pickles in a single layer in basket. Cook at 400° for 8-10.
