Persian Lime Pepper

Persian Lime Pepper can be used anywhere you would normally reach for regular lime pepper. The difference is the bold, robust citrus aroma and flavor of Persian lime. It’s especially delicious on chicken and fish, but it also adds a bright, peppery finish to shrimp, vegetables, rice, and salads.

Ingredients: Pepper, Persian Lime

Persian Lime Pepper Chicken

Coat 1 lb chicken breasts or thighs with 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp Persian Lime Pepper. Bake at 400°F for 20–25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165°F.

Persian Lime Pepper Fish

Brush 4 fish fillets with 1 tbsp olive oil and season with 1–2 tsp Persian Lime Pepper. Bake at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
