Lime Pepper

Lime Pepper is the new lemon pepper! Its bright citrus flavor and peppery bite add a little more complexity to fish, shrimp, chicken, rice, and vegetables. Because it’s salt-free, you get plenty of bold flavor without the added sodium found in many store-bought lemon and lime pepper blends. Stir it into your next salsa for an extra kick, or sprinkle it over anything that needs a fresh burst of flavor.

Lime Pepper Shrimp

Toss 1 lb peeled shrimp with 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp Lime Pepper. Sauté over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lime.

Lime Pepper Roasted Vegetables

Toss 4 cups chopped vegetables with 2 tbsp olive oil and 1½ tbsp Lime Pepper. Roast at 425°F for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until browned and tender.
