Sam Adams Summer Ale Rub
This rub was born from our first collaboration with Samuel Adams when they released their refreshing seasonal Summer Ale. Using the same spices found in the beer, we created a flavorful, slightly smoky rub with a touch of sweetness and a unique peppery finish from Grains of Paradise. Cheers!
It’s fantastic on wings, burgers, steak, chicken, pork, and fish—and, of course, it pairs perfectly with a cold Summer Ale.
Ingredients: Paprika, Bourbon Smoked Sugar, Garlic, Sea Salt, Grains of Paradise
