Carter’s Blend
Yes, there really is a Carter! Since his grandparents lived far away, the Colonel happily stepped in as the old codger who got to spoil him. That special friendship inspired this warm, savory blend with a subtle touch of bourbon vanilla sweetness.
Use it on chicken, pork, burgers, vegetables, potatoes, or just about anything that needs a little extra flavor. Best of all, Colonel and Mrs. Colonel contribute 20% of each sale toward Carter’s education.
Ingredients: Paprika, Sea Salt, Garlic, Onion, Coriander, Bourbon Vanilla Sugar
Carter’s Grilled Chicken
Coat 2 pounds of chicken with 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1½ tablespoons Carter’s Blend. Grill or bake until fully cooked.
Carter’s Roasted Carrots
Toss 1 pound of carrots with 1 tablespoon olive oil and 2 teaspoons Carter’s Blend. Roast at 425°F for 25–30 minutes, turning once, until caramelized and tender.
