Parmageddon Alfredo Zoodles
Parmageddon: Sea Salt, Garlic, Onion, Black Pepper, Parmesan Cheese Powder.
Ingredients:
- 2 TBSP Parmageddon
- 2-4 TBSP Olive Oil
- 4 Zucchini, Cut Into Strips or Spiralizer
- 4 oz. Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
- Optional: 8 oz. Small Balls Of Mozzarella
1 TBSP Butter
Follow these steps:
- In a skillet add oil and heat to medium.
- Stir in zucchini.
- Saute, flipping zoodles several times.
- Cook for 5 minutes or until zoodles are al dente.
- Add Parmageddon and butter, stir until well mixed.
- Add tomatoes and toss a few more times.
- Serve and add mozzarella.
