Chicken Tortilla Soup
Enchilada Mix: Sea Salt, Ancho Chili, Garlic, Black Pepper, Cumin, Coriander, Turmeric, Paprika, Oregano, Cloves, Allspice.
Ingredients:
- 2 TBSP Enchilada Mix
- 1 LB Chicken Breast, Boneless & Skinless
- 2 Tomatoes, Diced or 1 Can
- 1 Onion, Diced
- 1 - 4 oz. Can Chipped Green Chilies
- 1 Can Corn
- 2 Cans Chicken Broth/Stock
- Toppings: Crushed Tortilla Chips, Sour Cream & Shredded Cheese
Follow these steps:
- Pour all the above, excluding toppings, into crock pot.
- Add water to fill crock pot.
- Cover, cook on LOW 6-8 hours or HIGH 4-6 hours.
- Top with tortilla chips, cheese & sour cream before serving.
