Vanilla planifolia This is an amazing product. It is more than likely something you have never heard of. It replaces vanilla extract in recipes. For things like vanilla flavored whipped cream it is preferable to extract because the liquid causes the cream to break down and then you have to get if all fluffed up again. This is not an issue with vanilla powder. The only thing you need to remember is that it is 3 times as strong as extract. So if your recipe calls for 1 teaspoon of extract you will only use 1/3 of a teaspoon of powder.
