This recipe is easy and healthy!

2 Cups Uncooked Instant Rice
1.5 Pounds of your Favorite Vegetables (Broccoli, Peppers, carrots, etc.)
1 Can of Vegetable Broth
2 Cups Cubed Cooked Chicken (optional)
2 TBSP Everything Bagel Seasoning

Place rice in a greased baking dish. Layer with the vegetables and chicken (optional). Pour in broth. Sprinkle Everything Bagel Seasoning over the top. Cover and bake at 375° for 25 minutes or until rice is tender.
