2 TBSP Baby Colonel Chili Powder
4-5 Quart Crock Pot
1 LB Chicken Breast, Boneless & Skinless
2 Tomatoes, Diced or 1 Can
1 Onion, Diced
1 – 4 oz. Can Chopped Green Chilies
1 Can Corn
2 Cans Chicken Broth/Stock
Crushed Tortilla Chips, Chives, Sour Cream & Shredded Cheese for Garnishing
Pour all the above, excluding chips, sour cream & cheese, into a crock pot. Add water for desired consistency. Cover and cook on LOW 6-8 hours or HIGH 4-6 hours.
Top with a handful of tortilla chips, chives, cheese & sour cream before serving.
