Cincinnati has it’s own variation of chili. Our version of this famous spice mix, locals love it and you will too. This Greek/Macedonian mixture is made of: chili powder, cocoa powder, sea salt, garlic, cayenne, cumin, cinnamon, allspice, Worcestershire powder, cloves, bay leaf.

1LB Ground Beef, 2 rounded TBSP Cincinnati Chil;i Seasoning, 1 (6oz) can Tomato Paste, 6 cups Water or other liquid. In a pot, add chili mix, paste, and liquid. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer. Allow to simmer for 2-3 hours.
